World Book Day 24
On Thursday, the whole school came together to celebrate World Book Day. There was a real buzz about books in school, with children dressing up, designing book covers, painting and talking about their favourite books. It was great to hear about a real mix of books, including classics such as Harry Potter and Paddington as well as more recent authors such as Tom Percival and Tom Gates. Children loved visiting Foyles and browsing all of the wonderful books on display. Please do pop in to the bookshop next time you're in Cabot Circus with your child! We're so lucky to have it on our doorstep!
