The School of Sanctuary Award

On Thursday, myself and Miss Bowen travelled to The Lord Mayor’s Mansion House to receive our School of Sanctuary Award. Cherry, Alaya and Melisa in year 6, were given the opportunity to represent the school. They read poems about belonging so beautifully that the National City of Sanctuary Lead asked for them to be used on their social media. We are so proud of this award as it encompasses all that we do and believe at St Nicholas.
