Emerald Class went to Aerospace this week. This was linked with their past topic of flight. The children got to think about what astronauts would take into space, make their own rockets and launch them as high as they could go. We got the chance to see Concorde and even go inside. We visited the Aerospace Museum where we learnt more about Sir George White and The Wright Brothers and how influential they were on flight and why they are such an important part of our local history.
