Leaders in Faith at St Nicholas of Tolentine is a progressive programme that nurtures pupils to grow as confident, compassionate leaders rooted in Catholic Life and Mission. Through four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — pupils deepen their understanding of faith and put it into action through prayer, worship, service and leadership. Tasks range from setting up prayer focus areas, writing and leading prayers, and supporting charitable work, to planning and leading collective worship, participating in retreats, contributing to parish life and reflecting on vocation and the relationship between faith and everyday life. As pupils progress, they are encouraged to take increasing responsibility for animating the Catholic life of the school and serving others, living out the Gospel in practical ways. As Scripture reminds us, “Let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).
