Term 1 - All About Me

✨ We the Curious ✨

We had a visit from the team at 'We the Curious'. They came into school to teach us all about rainforests and different animals that live there.

We learnt all about the different types of skin the animals have, the eggs they lay and we also explored their skeletons and teeth. We had secret boxes where we had to put our hands in and feel around and guess what animals it might be.

🦉Owl Visit🦉

To support our learning of Owl Babies this term we had a visit from David and his barn owl Lockie.

We learnt all about what he eats, his sharp talons, what baby owls are called and we also learnt that they can see in the dark! It was so fun and interesting.

Thank you for our lovely visit!
