Ruth Quayle Author Visit

The whole school was treated to a visit by Author Ruth Quayle. KS1 and Reception class were immersed in a story telling session, where they were transported to the world of stories – they all enjoyed it immensely and were so respectful when listening. KS2 children were treated to a creative writing workshop. She shared some of her writing and some of her ideas to inspire the classes. They were generating story ideas and writing a revolting spell to get rid of monsters under the bed! We had so many imaginative writers within the school.
